Capital Northeast Martial Arts is located in Westmere Plaza on Western Ave. in Guilderland. Inside the 4,200 square foot facility, CNMA serves all ages of individuals from 4 years old to 60 with four different styles of martial arts, in addition to a fitness class. Tae Kwon Do, Self Defense styled Hapkido, Tai Chi, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, plus the Little Dragons for 4 & 5 year olds are the programs currently taught at our facility. Increase confidence, self-control, courtesy and respect are at the core of our value laden program.

Mr. Bob Esposito 

Mr. Esposito is presently a  3rd in Tae Kwon Do, 2nd Dan in Defensive Hapkido, and green belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Siena College and a MBA in Finance from Russell Sage College. In addition to being the lead instructor at Capital Northeast Martial Arts, Mr. Esposito has coached many sports teams from the ages of 5 year olds to seniors in high school.
