In addition to our award winning Tae Kwon Do curriculum our students continue to develop themselves through the tenets of Tae Kwon Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit developing character education through our Tae Kwon Do program. As we like to say, “Kickin’ for FUN, trainin’ for LIFE”!
At Adirondack Tae Kwon Do our focus is Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do, we respect and appreciate other forms of martial arts therefore we regularly host guest instructors for various martial arts seminars throughout the year. In the past we have had the honor of hosting: Mr. Jack Ling - Wing Chung Kung Fu, Mr. Steven Pearlman author of The Book of Martial Power, Grand Master Frank Noguera - Combat Hapkido and many other respected instructors.
